Ryan Pace joined Northwood Retail in October 2018 and currently serves as an Accounting Manager. He is responsible for overseeing financial reporting for a portfolio of properties in excess of two million square feet, supervising the entry of lease information in the accounting system, and ensuring appropriate implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Mr. Pace has 13 years of experience in real estate, in addition to two years in public accounting. His other work experience in the real estate industry includes CBRE, Invitation Homes, and Benchmark Opportunity Partners. His career includes extensive experience with retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
Mr. Pace graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Texas A&M University in 2005 with a BBA in Accounting.
