Keith Cheang joined Northwood Retail in 2018 and serves as Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, he directs the corporate and property level financial and accounting functions, as well as establishes financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems for the retail platform.
Mr. Cheang has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Northwood Retail, he worked for Cypress Equities supervising the accounting and financial processes for a 9 million-square-foot retail portfolio comprised of shopping malls, power centers, and mixed-use developments. Previously, he worked for CBRE where he managed a variety of portfolios that consisted of 115 properties. Major clients included DCT Industrial Trust, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Clarion Partners, and AMB.
Mr. Cheang, a Texas licensed CPA, graduated from Texas A&M University at College Station, with a BA in Accounting and Finance.
