Jacqueline Fitch serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Northwood Retail. Drawing on more than ten years of industry experience, she specializes in leasing and merchandising national, regional, first-to-market, and experiential brands. Her visionary expertise is evident in the eclectic retail mix at Domain NORTHSIDE in Austin, Texas, where she has opened more than 80 first-to-market tenants and 29 direct-to-consumer brands at the award-winning 600,000 square-foot asset. Ms. Fitch oversees the curation of brands, manages partner relationships, and directs the leasing team for Northwood Retail’s entire portfolio of projects, spanning from California to the Carolinas.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail in 2015, Ms. Fitch worked for Glimcher Realty Trust where she directed the strategic vision and leasing of Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ms. Fitch attended Arizona State University and received a BA in Sports Broadcasting from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
