Collin has worked as Assistant Property Manager at Fifth + Broadway in Nashville, TN since March 2022. His responsibilities include managing relationships with more than 75+ mixed-use tenants, enforcing commercial lease terms, and budget management. He is also responsible for monitoring key tenant performance metrics such as sales and traffic.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Collin worked as a Property Assistant at the same center and played a crucial role in the center transition from pre-operation development and construction to full operation. Collin has also previously worked at The Nashville Zoo as a Zookeeper in the Contact Area, managing the facilities petting zoo consisting of 60+ animals from a wide variety of taxa!
