Joining Northwood Retail in 2026, Cassandra Montray serves as the Property Manager of Utica Square, overseeing the daily management and operation of the center. In her role, Cassandra is responsible for directing on-site team members, creating the annual budget, managing tenant and vendor relations, overseeing payables and receivables, supervising on-site projects, and facilitating events and lease coordination.
Cassandra has worked at Utica Square for the past 17 years under the leadership of Helmerich & Payne, prior to Northwood’s acquisition of the asset. Cassandra has a strong customer service background with skills in retail and lease management, operations, budget, and accounting. Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, Cassandra has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
