Brian Hawthorne joined Northwood Retail in 2019 and serves as Development Manager. In this role, Brian oversees and institutes best practices for site operations and capital projects, as well as ground up and tenant construction for multiple Northwood assets.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Mr. Hawthorne worked with Endeavor Real Estate Group, handling operations for Class A commercial office space, mixed-use retail at Domain NORTHSIDE, and industrial properties. From 2002 to 2015, he held positions with elite private school, Kent Place School, overseeing campus operations.
