Ben Robinett serves as Property Manager for Northwood Retail, specializing in the management and operations of Fifth + Broadway and 501 Commerce in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, Ben oversees tenant relations, vendor partnerships, financial performance, and day-to-day property operations across the retail and Class A office components of the mixed-use development.
Ben brings more than 13 years of property management experience spanning commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Northwood Retail in 2026, he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager in Washington State, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. His experience includes leading property management teams, managing owner and tenant relationships, budgeting and financial analysis, capital projects, vendor management, and property operations. Ben is a licensed real estate broker and brings a practical, relationship-focused approach to property management, with an emphasis on responsive service, operational efficiency, and problem-solving.
Ben is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served from 1999 to 2007. Now based in Tennessee, he is proud to be part of Nashville’s commercial real estate community and to contribute to the continued success of Fifth + Broadway.
