As the Assistant General Manager at Forum Carlsbad, Ana Casimiro assists the Senior Property Manager in the daily management and operation of the center. In her role, Ana is responsible for managing tenant and vendor relations, overseeing payables and aged receivables, collecting tenant insurance, managing on-site projects, and assisting with marketing, lease coordination and annual budgets. In addition to the The Forum, Ana also assists in managing Scripps Ranch Shopping Center, a wholly-owned Nuveen Real Estate (NRE) asset.
Prior to joining JLL, Ana worked as an Assistant Property Manager for Thomas Enterprises, former owner/ developer of The Forum Carlsbad over 14 years ago. Ana has maintained her position after three previous ownership at this asset. Ana has a strong customer service background with skills in retail and lease management, operations, budget and accounting, which provides an added value to helping achieve client’s property objectives. Ana has a AAS in Fashion Design and Merchandising.
