Amanda van Vliet joined Northwood Retail in 2019 and serves as Director, Lease Administration. In this role, Amanda draws upon her extensive industry experience working across multiple asset classes to usher tenants through lease negotiation, construction, opening and operations. Amanda’s commitment to creating and refining integrated processes among functional departments creates a seamless experience across the Northwood Retail portfolio for tenants, patrons, and partners.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Amanda cultivated her knowledge of lease administration and construction at big box retailer, Barnes & Noble; and property management, acquisitions, and operations at Equity Office Properties. Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
