Allegre Peavy serves as Property Manager for Northwood Retail specializing in the management and operations of The Bowl at Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina. In her role, she oversees tenant relations, new retail openings, and vendor partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for both tenants and visitors.

Prior to joining Northwood Retail in 2024, Allegre built her career in multifamily real estate, managing Class-A and lease-up properties across Charlotte, Raleigh, and Nashville.

Allegre earned a BA in Communications from North Carolina State University. Having grown up less than a mile from The Bowl’s location, she brings a deep personal connection and passion for supporting the continued growth of the project as a premier mixed-use retail destination.
