ASI Gymnastics is opening a tenth campus in The Shops at Park Lane this spring, along with a new concept called “ASI Ninja.”

Expected to open in April, the locally-owned gymnastics gym chain will fill two spaces at The Shops: a traditional gym reminiscent of the Lakewood location, and a separate “ASI Ninja” storefront. The new concept stems from a series of well-received “Ninja” gymnastics classes first offered in 2019 at the Lakewood location, according to a release.

“ASI Ninja is a fast-paced program combining the power of gymnastics with elements of parkour, tricking, and ninja skills,” said co-owner David Holley in a release . “It’s an exciting and unique activity for boys and girls of all ages, helping them build strength, coordination, and confidence.”

Planned amenities for the 17-000 square foot main gym include trampolines, balance Beams, spring Floor, tumblTrak, foam Pit, padded warped walls and a custom parkour bar area. The main gym will serve as a venue for gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months-16 years old. In addition to gymnastics classes, the new location will offer day camps, open gym sessions and parent’s night out events, as well as being available for birthday party bookings.

According to the release, the location was chosen due to its proximity to the Park Cities, Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow. The location will join the Lakewood ASI as the chain’s second gym in Dallas proper.

Both locations are expected to open around the same time in April.

ASI Gymnastics will be located at 8080 Park Ln North, Building 3, ASI Ninja will be located at 8128 Park Lane, Building 130
