IKEA is opening a new store at The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas on March 11. At 63,000 square feet, the small-format store is roughly one-fifth the size of IKEA’s 310,000-square-foot regional flagship in Frisco. The Swedish cult-favorite retailer will continue to expand in Texas with new locations coming to Rockwall this spring and another near Houston planned to open this summer. Northwood Retail owns and operates The Shops at Park Lane, a luxury retail center on the east side of U.S. 75 across from NorthPark Center.
