In 2023, The Domain and Domain Northside both saw the addition of several luxury brands—from watches to high-fashion clothing—with more planned for 2024 including Versace, Burberry and Balenciaga.
The Domain announced plans to begin a two-year, multi-million dollar series of renovations in a news release issued in August. The Domain Director of Marketing Monica Esparza said in the news release the renovations will help “pave the way” for more luxury brands.
Ward Kampf, president of Northwood Retail—which owns Domain Northside—said bringing luxury retailers to the shopping mall is part of a long term vision at Domain Northside, which includes upgraded fashion retailers such as Rails, Anine Bing and Showroom.
