Stephanie Moyer joined Northwood Retail in 2023 and serves as Development Manager for the retail portfolio. Prior to joining Northwood, she worked at real estate development firm, Cypress Equities, for 10 years. As Construction Manager for Cypress, she specialized in mixed-use asset redevelopment, tenant services, and ground-up development. Notable projects include The Hill in Dallas, TX, and Bayshore Shopping Center in Milwaukee, WI.
She spent her first two years in the industry learning the leasing business and shifted to construction in 2015 where she has remained ever since. Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas.
