Neisha Vitello joined Northwood Retail in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Property Management. With 16 years’ industry experience, she has a passion for large scale thinking that is built on a foundation of acute accountability, trusted relationships, and a strong financial acumen. Ms. Vitello guides, leads and develops property management teams while working closely with them to drive each centers success through maximizing retail value, understanding the evolving shopping environment and taking a strategic approach with operating budgets. Ms. Vitello is a professional with demonstrated experience leading operations, enjoys collaboration, and has a passion for problem solving, automation and efficiency.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail in 2018, Ms. Vitello had the opportunity to be on the management team for more than 16 centers throughout her career ranging from Mixed-Use centers such as Winter Park Village in Winter Park, FL to traditional super-regional centers like Northbrook Court, located in the north shore of Chicago.
Ms. Vitello has a BSAS in Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from Youngstown State University, a MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from The International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Vitello is also an active member of CREW Dallas, a leading organization providing opportunities for networking, education, and leadership development for women in commercial real estate.
