- General Manager, The Shops at Park Lane -

Mike Tumulty joined Northwood Retail in 2024 and serves as General Manager of Northwood’s Dallas centers. In this role he oversees the operation, management, and financial performance of the high-profile Dallas mixed-use property, The Shops at Park Lane. With over 25 years of commercial real estate management experience, Mike has a developed a diverse background in property management, beginning his property management career as a marketing director for Simon Property Group in Minnesota and Texas. Before joining Northwood, Mike served for seven years as the General Manager of Watters Creek, a 54-acre mixed-use suburban lifestyle center in Allen, Texas for Trademark Property Company.

A native of San Antonio, Mike graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Advertising, and he subsequently earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
