Matthew Willett joined Northwood retail in 2020 and serves as the Development Manager. In his current role, Matthew is focused on construction for the retail portfolio. Concentrating in ground-up development, asset redevelopment, and tenant services.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Mr. Willett worked six years in Commercial Construction Project Management. He spent one year as a concrete subcontractor at Osburn Contractors completing projects for Texas Women’s University, Shelby American, and the Dallas Country Club. Prior to Osburn, Mr. Willett worked for the general contractor, JT Vaughn Construction. During his five-year tenure, he completed special projects for the University of Houston, historical building renovations for Texas A&M University, and large-scale ground up projects for UT Southwestern and UNT Health Science Center.
Mr. Willett received a Bachelor of Science, focusing in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
