Mark Ross is an accomplished industry professional who joined Northwood Retail in March of 2023. He has over a decade of real estate experience with a primary focus on retail. Mr. Ross is responsible for the leasing and oversight of Northwood Retail’s West Coast assets.
Prior to joining Northwood Retail, Mr. Ross held the position of Vice President of Leasing for ShopCore Properties. In his role, Mr. Ross was responsible for the leasing and oversight of over 2.5 million square feet throughout California and Arizona. Previously, Mr. Ross served as a Leasing Director at DDR Corp. (now SITE Centers). During his tenure at DDR, Mr. Ross focused his efforts on a variety of different retail projects, most notably where he executed on several transformation and redevelopment projects within the company’s portfolio.
Mr. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, as well as a Master in Business Administration from John Carroll University. He is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
