Lauren Perdue Britt joined Northwood Retail in 2019 and serves as a Leasing Manager for the Southeast portfolio. Prior to joining the organization, she worked for Big V Property Group where she leased over 2 million square-feet of retail space in the Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Lauren began her leasing career at The Shopping Center Group in Charlotte, North Carolina where she focused on Landlord Representation in North Carolina and South Carolina.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Lauren received a BA in Anthropology and was a member of the UVA Swim Team. An Olympic Gold Medalist, Lauren represented the United States in the 2012 London Olympics. She won a gold medal as part of the 4×200 Freestyle Relay.
