Jeremiah Gregory joined Northwood Retail in June 2023 as Senior General Manager of The Bowl at Ballantyne. In this role he oversees the operation, management, and financial performance of the high-profile Charlotte mixed-use property.
Jeremiah has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused on urban retail properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Northwood Retail, he most recently served as General Manager at JLL managing Metreon, a Class A retail and entertainment asset in downtown San Francisco, including a luxury, internally managed event venue and high-profile advertising program for large conference clients. He has also held general management positions with Starwood Retail Partners, Equity One, and served as Director of Property Management for PRC Baker Places.
Mr. Gregory graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources and holds a Real Estate License issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
