A.J. Tajima joined Northwood Retail in partnership with Bohannon Development Company in 2022, and currently serves as a Development Manager focused on tenant services and asset redevelopment. Prior to joining the partnership, he served over 20 years as a Construction Manager as well as a Project Manager and Associate for retailers and architecture firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A.J. is a Registered Architect and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley.
