Hillside Village in Lakewood has signed nine new tenants.
Froggie’s 5 & 10, Betty Lou, F45 Training, Ferrari Orthodontics, Pet Bar, Parlor’s Handcrafted Ice Creams, Susie Cakes, Boardroom Salon and Massage Heights have all leased space in the center. Hillside Village is currently home to tenants such as Manny’s Tex Mex, White Rock Coffee and Dream Café.
“We always knew the corner, Hillside Village, and the Lakewood trade area were very special, but the tenancy is reflecting something even greater than our expectations,” Northwood Retail president Ward Kampf said in a statement. “We are asked about this asset more than anything else within our Dallas portfolio, including interest from concepts coming off the best streets in the west side of LA. The center has a dynamic community feel, which we have been thoughtful to retain as we’ve brought in new national, regional, and local retailers and eateries.”
Froggie’s 5 & 10 is a toy store that is now open in the center and will share space with its sister company boutique shop Betty Lou. Betty Lou offers books, home décor, seasonal gifts, greeting cards and candles.
Also open at Hillside Village is F45 Training. F45 Training offers 45-minute workouts and has a technology-enabled platform that has more than 3,900 training movements.
Ferrari Orthodontics and Pet Bar are also officially open at the center. Pet Bar is a subscription-based washing and grooming facility. The business offers self-service options and a pet taxi service.
According to a news release, Parlor’s Handcrafted Ice Creams will be opening its first brick-and-mortar shop in the spring. The ice cream store sources its milk and eggs from local farms in DFW.
The estimated dates for Susie Cakes, Boardroom Salon and Massage Heights have not yet been released.
