Shelby Warfield serves as a Property Manager for Northwood’s Dallas portfolio and currently manages 1.5M SF of Retail and Office space. Specializing in tenant services, daily operations and convergent thinking, Shelby has a passion for relationship building and delivering strong financial results through maximizing budgets.
Prior to joining Northwood in 2019, Shelby worked in luxury retail with international fashion house, Louis Vuitton, where she had the opportunity to partner with prominent clients while focusing on team development and corporate strategy.
Shelby earned an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications from Texas State University.
