State Regulations & Resources

Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act

The U.S. Senate passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act on March 25, 2020. The extensive package includes loan programs for both small and large businesses, corporate and individual tax relief and enhanced unemployment insurance benefits.

Small Business Loans & Guidance

Small business owners in the United States are currently eligible to apply for a low-interest loan due to COVID-19. Click here for more information.

Paycheck Protection Program 

As part of the CARES Act, the Small Business Administration is offering a Paycheck Protection Program which provides small businesses with funds to pay payroll costs (including benefits) along with rent and utilities. Click here to learn how to apply.
