Jacqueline Fitch-Little serves as SVP of Leasing for Northwood Retail. Drawing on more than 15 years of industry experience, she specializes in leasing and merchandising national, regional, first-to-market, and experiential brands – with one purpose, to create remarkable retail places.
Jacqueline possesses deep and vast retail relationships that uniquely position her to produce meaningful results. Her visionary expertise is evident in the eclectic retail mix at Domain NORTHSIDE in Austin, Texas, where she has opened more than 85 first-to-market tenants, like SKIMS, AWAY Luggage, CHANEL Beauty, ANINE BING, Breitling, and others.
Jacqueline oversees the curation of brands, manages partner relationships, and directs the leasing team for Northwood Retail’s entire portfolio of projects.
Prior to joining the leadership team at Northwood Retail, Jacqueline honed her leasing skills for RED Development and Glimcher Realty Trust, where she was instrumental in molding projects like Scottsdale Quarter. When working on Scottsdale Quarter, Jacqueline opened the second RH Mansion, the third Kendra Scott store, the second True Food Kitchen, and early outposts for Warby Parker, Lululemon, and Drybar, among others.
