Buff City Soap, Sweetgreen, Asian Mint, Loro Asian Smokehouse and Bar and One Medical are coming to Prestonwood Place shopping center in Addison, according to a news release.

“We are taking Prestonwood Place to the next level with these additions,” Ward Kampf, president of Northwood Retail, said in the release. “Buff City Soap is one of the fastest-growing retail tenants, Loro is best-in-class with a special Texas/Asian twist, Sweetgreen is a leading quick-serve restaurant concept, and One Medical is on the cutting edge of healthcare. The recent growth in Dallas is phenomenal, and Prestonwood Place’s central location and access to strong employee and customer bases are allowing the center to advance in sync with the city.”

San Francisco-based One Medical is a membership-based primary care practice offering in-office care as well as 24/7 virtual care. Now open, the practice will be located on the center’s east side.

Founded in 2018 by award-winning chefs, Austin-based Loro Asian Smokehouse and Bar combines the tastes of Texas barbecue and Southeast Asian flavors. Located on the southwest corner of the shopping center, the restaurant is expected to open later this year.

Dallas-based Asian Mint is another restaurant joining the shopping center. Located behind Flower Child and next to Gyu Kaku, the Thai cuisine restaurant will open this fall.

Opening later this year, Los Angeles-based Sweetgreen will bring its healthy eating concept to Prestonwood Place. Located at the corner of Montfort and Beltline, the fast-casual restaurant is known for its bowls and salads.

After announcing its headquarters move to Dallas in 2020, Buff City Soap continues to grow in North Texas with a retail storefront expected to open at Prestonwood Place in 2023.
